V\u00e4ga suure t\u00f5en\u00e4osusega m\u00f5tleme, et see inimene on nukker ja tujutu, v\u00e4sinud ja longus olemisega. Seltskondliku, tegusa, heatujulise maski taga on t\u00fchi ja v\u00e4sinud olemine. Vahel ei oska sellisel viisil depressioonis inimene isegi \u00f6elda, mis temaga toimub ja tajub vaid seda, et r\u00f5\u00f5mus fassaad ei ole tegelikult sugugi see, mida ta sisimas tunneb. Ometi on\u00a0 enesekindlusetus ja t\u00fchi tunne, meeleoluk\u00f5ikumised, otsustamis-ja keskendumisraskused, h\u00e4irivad kehalised s\u00fcmptomid, suitsiidm\u00f5tetest r\u00e4\u00e4kimata t\u00f5siseks m\u00e4rgiks, et on vaja abi otsida. Selles, et sa \u00fcritad depressiooniga just nii toime tulla, on oma loogika. V\u00f5ibolla oled sa harjunud m\u00f5tlema endast kui tublist ja ettev\u00f5tlikust inimesest, kes ei peaks n\u00f5rk paistma ja teistele muret valmistama? V\u00f5i n\u00e4ed sa sotsiaalmeedias k\u00f5igi nii imelist elu ja ei taha tunda end kehvemana? V\u00f5ibolla on sul objektiivselt elus justkui k\u00f5ik korras ja seega tundub imelik nukrutseda? V\u00f5ibolla oled kohanud inimesi, kellel vaimne tervis logiseb pealtn\u00e4ha palju rohkem \u2013 ja sul on tunne, et sinu mured pole k\u00f5ne v\u00e4\u00e4rtki.<\/li><li>Leia keegi, keda julged p\u00e4riselt usaldada \u2013 s\u00f5ber, \u00f5petaja, pereliige \u2013 ja r\u00e4\u00e4gi talle, kuidas end tunned. K\u00f5ige t\u00e4htsam on julgeda tunnistada, et asjad ei ole p\u00e4ris korras, siis saab ka m\u00f5elda, mida edasi ette v\u00f5tta. M\u00f5nus meeleolu tuleb hiljem ise, kui juba tegutsema hakkad.<\/li><li>V\u00f5ta plaani regulaarne liikumine v\u00e4rskes \u00f5hus ja muud tervislikud eluviisid. Muutused harjumustes v\u00f5tavad aega, tegutse v\u00e4hehaaval ja r\u00f5\u00f5musta, kui oled saanud unetunde natukegi pikemaks v\u00f5i jaksad eelmisest n\u00e4dalast pikema aja kiires tempos k\u00f5ndida.<\/li><li>Proovi erinevaid teadvelolekuharjutusi, mediteerimist \u2013 aga kui see sulle ei sobi, siis \u00e4ra muretse.
