N\u00e4iteks kui su s\u00f5bral on raske v\u00f5i kiire aeg, ei t\u00e4henda see depressiooni. M\u00f5nikord me saame raskustega v\u00e4ga h\u00e4sti hakkama, teinekord aga vajame s\u00f5prade ja l\u00e4hedaste abi ning tuge.<\/strong><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7026137 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7026137\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\"><div class=\"elementor-widget-container\"><div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\"><p>Kui me r\u00e4\u00e4gime depressioonist, siis tuleb teada, mida see \u00fcldse t\u00e4hendab. Depressioon on p\u00fcsivalt v\u00e4ljendunud meeleolu alanemine, millega kaasneb elur\u00f5\u00f5mu kadumine, energia v\u00e4henemine ning mille tulemusena langeb toimetulekuv\u00f5ime ja elukvaliteet.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-db8e586 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"db8e586\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-de5fb4d\" data-id=\"de5fb4d\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-45b123e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"45b123e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Siin on kolm vihjet, mille abil \u00e4ra tunda, kas sinu l\u00e4hedane v\u00f5i s\u00f5ber v\u00f5ib kogeda depressiooni:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>Inimene on endasse t\u00f5mbunud v\u00f5i \u00f5nnetu juba pikemat aega. Kui inimene on m\u00f5nikord kurb v\u00f5i masendunud ja v\u00e4sinud, ei t\u00e4henda see, et tal depressiooni. K\u00fcll aga viitab depressioonile juba mitu n\u00e4dalat kestev masendus. Seega \u2013 \u00fchekordsed kogemised ei viita depressioonile, k\u00fcll aga viitavad sellele v\u00e4hemalt kaks n\u00e4dalat kestnud s\u00fcmptomid nagu kurbus, masendus ja \u201elootusetuse\u201c tunne.<\/li><li>Depressiooni s\u00fcmptomid v\u00e4ljenduvad nii k\u00e4itumises, m\u00f5tlemises ja tunnetes, aga ka keha f\u00fc\u00fcsilistes reaktsioonides. Nii v\u00f5ivad depressioonis inimesed tunda, et k\u00f5ik nende \u00fcmber on m\u00f5ttetu ja lootusetu, samas v\u00f5ivad nad olla ka \u00e4rritunud ja v\u00e4ga \u00e4revil. Ei ole \u00fchtset tunnet, mida k\u00f5ik depressioonis inimesed kindlasti tundma peavad v\u00f5i mille j\u00e4rgi depressiooni kirjeldada.<\/li><li>Depressioonile v\u00f5ivad viidata ka j\u00e4rsult tekkinud probleemid koolis \u2013 olgu selleks \u00f5piraskused v\u00f5i halvenenud hinded, ent ohum\u00e4rgiks v\u00f5ivad olla ka arvuti- ja internetis\u00f5ltuvus, kodust p\u00f5genemise soov ning m\u00f5nuainete tarvitamine.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9dcfea6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9dcfea6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Loodud on ka k\u00fcsimustik, mille abil saab inimene hinnata, kas ta on depressioonis v\u00f5i mitte. K\u00fcsimustiku saad t\u00e4ita\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/peaasi.ee\/kusimustikud-depressiooni-hindamiseks\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">siin<\/a>.<\/p><p>Oluline on meeles pidada, et nii nagu iga haigust, tuleb ka depressiooniga tegeleda, seda ravida ja end hoida.<\/p><p><em>Pea meeles, et sinu s\u00f5ber ei pea olema oma murega \u00fcksinda! Julgusta oma s\u00f5pra v\u00f5i l\u00e4hedast r\u00e4\u00e4kima oma murest inimesele, kes saab teda aidata (nt lapsevanem).
