Unistamine on tasuta ja see ei n\u00f5ua suurt pingutust, kuid v\u00f5ib suuresti muuta meie meeleolu ja emotsioone terveks p\u00e4evaks.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Loo endale igap\u00e4evaseid rutiine, millest ka kinni pead. N\u00e4iteks kohe peale \u00e4rkamist tee v\u00e4ikene meditatsioon, seej\u00e4rel joo klaasike vett ja alles siis suundu vannituppa. \u00c4ra haara kohe esimese asjana telefoni j\u00e4rele \u2013 usu, pikas perspektiivis muudab see paljutki!<\/li><li>Liiguta oma keha regulaarselt ja iga p\u00e4ev. Selleks ei pea olema kahetunnine treening j\u00f5usaalis v\u00f5i pikk maratonijooks. Ka k\u00f5ndimine on hea vahend keha vormis hoidmiseks ning hea enesetunde saavutamiseks! Tea oma piire ja v\u00e4ldi \u00fclepingutamist!<\/li><li>J\u00e4lgi, et sa toituksid mitmek\u00fclgselt ja tervislikult! Mida v\u00e4rvilisem on toidulaud, seda parem!&nbsp;<\/li><li>Lisaks k\u00fclastusele spasse v\u00f5id sa ise oma kodu l\u00f5\u00f5gastavaks paigaks muuta, kuhu peale p\u00e4evat\u00f6\u00f6d tulla. Tee \u00e4ra majapidamist\u00f6\u00f6d, korista jooksvalt asjad \u00e4ra ning pane p\u00f5lema k\u00fc\u00fcnlad ja k\u00e4ima m\u00f5nus muusika!&nbsp;<\/li><li>\u00c4ra unusta vett juua!
