This also helps train different parts of the body in different ways. Here are some tips:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you walk, run or cycle, plan different routes from time to time so you do not get too bored.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Make the most of your surroundings. Many parks have an outdoor training area for everyone to use. Change your walking or running routine by working out in the outdoor training area from time to time. The instructions are usually on the equipment. Make sure to read them before you start.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Try various forms of exercise. For example, you can go on YouTube and watch yoga or Pilates videos. This is a good way to mix up your workouts throughout the week.
