This challenge called for everyone to share their best tips and tricks for managing mental health.&nbsp; We\u2019ve collected them in this article from under the hashtags #hoianennast and #vaimnetervis on Instagram.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Keep track of where and to whom you are directing your energies on a daily basis, and don\u2019t be afraid to block\/remove the people who do not add any value or joy to your life from your list of contacts. Anyone who makes you feel bad or makes you compare yourself to others is definitely not your friend!<\/li><li>Wake up a little earlier in the morning and do a little stretching, morning exercise, or yoga, or go for a light jog in the forest.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Make sure you are getting enough quality sleep every night!<\/li><li>Spend some quality time alone, listening to music, podcasts, or birdsong and the sounds of nature at the edge of the woods.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Learn to be alone and don\u2019t be afraid to dream! Dreaming is free and does not require much effort, but can greatly change our mood and emotions for the whole day.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Create some daily routines and stick to them. For example, immediately after waking up, do a little meditation, then drink a glass of water, and only then head to the bathroom. Don\u2019t reach for your phone first thing in the morning \u2013 believe me, it will have a huge effect in the long run!<\/li><li>Exercise your body regularly and every day. It doesn\u2019t need to be a two-hour gym session or a long marathon. Even just walking is great for your well-being and for keeping in shape! Know your limits and avoid overexerting yourself!<\/li><li>Make sure to eat a varied and healthy diet! The more diversified your meals are, the better!&nbsp;<\/li><li>In addition to visiting the spa, you can make your home a relaxing place to wind down in after a day\u2019s work. Do any housework that needs doing, don\u2019t let messes or cleaning pile up, light some candles and put on your favourite music!&nbsp;<\/li><li>Don\u2019t forget to keep hydrated!
